Due to the different characteristics of industrial sewage, just like a company with more serious pollution, if a product with a lower molecular weight is used, it will be the problem of sewage discharge caused by poor flocculation effect, so the molecular weight of anionic pam polyacrylamide plays an important role in the sewage treatment process.

Since there are many classification specifications of PAM, the selection for different industries is different. Polyacrylamide is a high molecular weight polymer, and the PAM solution with a concentration of a few percent is already very viscous. 2. Methods to enhance the effect of polyacrylamide

When the water temperature is lower than 5 °C, the hydrolysis rate of aluminum salts is extremely slow, and the effect is significantly reduced. It can be seen that we must pay attention to the problem of water temperature.


(2) The second method to increase the effect: appropriately add a coagulant. Sometimes when the flocculant alone cannot achieve good results, a certain auxiliary agent called a coagulant can be added to adjust and improve the flocculation conditions and improve the treatment effect. Therefore, at a specific time, it is necessary to consider the appropriate addition of coagulation aids and the use of polyacrylamide.


(3) The third method to increase the effect: the stirring time of polyacrylamide should be increased.
