  • Stirring speed and time. When the stirring speed is too fast and the time is too long, large solid particles will be crushed into small particles, and the sedimentable particles will be crushed into non-sedimentable particles. When the speed is too slow, the flocculant cannot fully contact the solid particles in a short time, which is not conducive to the collection of colloidal particles by the flocculant, and the concentration distribution of the flocculant is also uneven, which is not conducive to the role of the flocculant.
