Along with the increasing need for water resources, the recycling and reuse of municipal wastewater are essential. Cationic polyacrylamide is effective flocculants over a wide range of PH and nontoxic. They could be specially used for the wastewater with negative charges.
SINOFLOC offers a brand range of cationic polymer flocculant for municipal wastewater treatment like clarification or settling, sludge thickening and sludge dewatering. Through long term experience and cooperation with our customers, SINOFLOC understands customer’s particular need and our products and service always exceed customer’s request.
SINOFLOC Cationic Flocculants Benefits:
Extensive range of products
The solutions of SINOFLOC cationic polymers water treatment must be prepared in suitable plants equipped with dry powders feeding and dispersion units and with continuous and moderate agitation. The dissolution water must have a temperature included between 10°C and 40°C; For a correct use of SINOFLOC cationic polyelectrolyte water treatment and in order to achieve the best possible results, it is necessary to allow a “maturation” time of 60 minutes. When treating turbid water, the flocculants solution must be added to the water in a point of average turbulence, in order to achieve a thorough and homogeneous mixing without impairing the flock formation. Recommend operating concentration is 3g/l, and the maximum operating concentration is 15g/l. For an optimum performance on specific applications on cationic polymer, please consult with SINOFLOC team.
Municipal sewage treatment generally refers to municipal sewage treatment plant, river sewage treatment, and large scale sewage treatment plant. Cationic polymer in water treatment is usually used when municipal sewage sludge is dehydrated. Cationic polymer water treatment has several advantages including its economic feature with a very low dosage, significantly improving production efficiency and improving the solid content of sludge cake, and available in a wide pH value range of effective work. All these features make cationic polymer wastewater a suitable choice for municipal wastewater treatment.
